We're in Durham, NC on Neal Road between Duke University and Bennett Place.

From the east:  take the Morreene Road exit from US 15-501 and head west, away from Duke.  McMannen is on the right about a mile later, shortly after Morreene Road changes name to Neal Road.

From the west:  turn right from US 70 onto Neal Road about 3 miles after the intersection with Interstate 85 (exit 170).  McMannen is on the left about a mile later.
